With over 32 years of experience, it has developed more than 33,000 homes, committed to building sustainable environments that foster communities of happy families for a better world. **We are seeking:** **Systems Coordinator** Job Objective: Responsible for the administration and proper functioning of the company’s internal systems; Server and Data Center Administrator; responsible for planning, managing, and controlling all operational activities of the data center, ensuring availability, continuity, and correct operation of physical and virtual infrastructure. What will be your responsibilities? 1) Coordinate server intake and delivery with the data center provider. 2) Supervise daily Data Center operations, ensuring availability, security, and optimal performance. 3) Verify compliance with security, access, and control guidelines. 4) Resolve incidents and technical issues on hosted servers. 5) Implement new servers and infrastructure according to current projects. 6) Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. 7) Supervise hardware replacement, failures, warranty claims, and/or maintenance activities with vendors. 8) Create, administer, and maintain virtual machines on platforms: RHEV, KVM, OVM, Hyper-V, and Nutanix. 9) Administer operating systems: Windows Server, Windows, iOS, and Android. 10) Diagnose critical hardware failures and make immediate decisions. 11) Keep the CMDB updated with the complete server inventory. 12) Supervise Data Center access according to security protocols. 13) Track projects integrating new infrastructure into the Data Center. 14) Knowledge of CITRIX (virtualization) 15) Office license portal 16) Configuration of local and network printers 17) Access control, voice and data infrastructure, CCTV Occasional weekend support, as needed Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field Experience: 5 years in this position performing the following functions: · IT department administration · Site, server, and telecommunications administration · Negotiation with software and hardware vendors and telecommunications service providers. * Administration of Windows Server, Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems.
