**Activities:** * Supervise the entry and exit of personnel, visitors, suppliers, and carriers. * Record access entries in logbooks. * Verify identifications and required documents. * Issue badges or temporary permits. * Conduct periodic patrols of internal and external facilities. * Ensure doors, warehouses, offices, and restricted areas are properly secured. * Identify risk situations: suspicious vehicles, irregular movements, damage, leaks, fires, etc. * Use radios, cameras, or surveillance systems for continuous monitoring. * Prevent theft, damage, unauthorized access, and security risks. * Monitor key exterior areas such as warehouses, courtyards, loading/unloading zones, and production areas. * Record incidents in logbooks and immediately report them to the relevant supervisor. * Report malfunctions, improper practices, or unusual behavior. * Assist in preparing daily surveillance reports. * Coordinate with authorities when necessary. * Comply with and enforce the company’s security guidelines. * Apply rules, internal policies, and access controls without exception. * Maintain professional, respectful, and trustworthy conduct. **Knowledge:** * Use of radios, cameras, and security systems. * Basic emergency protocols. * Basic logbook and reporting procedures. * Knowledge of access control. **Skills and competencies:** * Attention to detail. * High sense of responsibility. * Honesty and reliability. * Good communication skills. * Ability to respond effectively in emergencies. * Teamwork. * Discipline and punctuality.
