




Job Summary: Provides operational and administrative support to key supply chain activities, contributing to the efficient flow of procurement, inventory control, and material tracking. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and monitor the indirect procurement process on a daily basis. 2. Control the receipt, registration, and status of invoices for purchase orders. 3. Use SAP to manage indirect purchase orders. **Supply Chain Intern** Provides operational and administrative support to key departmental activities, contributing to the efficient flow of procurement, inventory control, documentation, and material tracking. This role is critical to ensuring internal processes are executed accurately, timely, and aligned with the organization’s active projects. **Primary Responsibilities** * Manage and monitor the **indirect procurement** process daily, ensuring proper generation and updating of purchase orders. * Control the **receipt, registration, and status of invoices** associated with purchase orders. * Monitor **estimated arrival times (ETAs)** of samples required for ongoing projects. * Generate **part-number / ECN tickets** for the quality clinic when necessary. **Specific Focus Areas** * Issue and manage indirect purchase orders within the **SAP** system. * Manage requisitions, approvals, adjustments, and procurement workflow tracking in SAP. * Prepare and analyze periodic reports related to **receipts**, **active materials**, and relevant movements. * Maintain an up-to-date **supplier database**, especially for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects. * Provide operational support by generating **RTs, ASMs**, or other internal requests required by the department. **Required Skills and Competencies** * Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information. * Ability to multitask and coordinate across multiple departments. * Basic knowledge of SAP or willingness to learn similar tools. * Ability to analyze data and generate reports. * Effective communication and service-oriented mindset.
