Requirements: Electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical engineering degree. Expertise in corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance of HVAC systems. Availability to rotate shifts. Responsibilities: Supervision, planning, and tracking of maintenance work orders; analysis of daily operational needs; response to failures; inspection and audits of activities performed by subordinates; ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve failures; technical guidance and training for teams; compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations and standards; performance evaluation and feedback for personnel; preparation of documentation and reports on maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts used; implementation of continuous improvement ideas and promotion of best practices within the work team.
