Implements process improvements and operational efficiency Location: Coatlan, Morelos Company: ATEM Job Type: Project-based **Job Description** At **ATEM**, we are looking for an **HVAC Supervisor** with strong operational focus and field leadership capabilities, capable of managing technical teams and ensuring efficient delivery of air conditioning and refrigeration services under stringent quality, safety, and customer service standards. **Responsibilities** * Supervise installation, maintenance, and repair services for HVAC systems. * Lead and coordinate field technicians, ensuring productivity and quality. * Validate technical diagnostics and solutions for high- and medium-capacity equipment. * Monitor service execution timelines. * Manage spare parts, tools, and operational resources. * Generate reports, documentation, and service follow-ups. * Handle customers and escalate critical incidents. * Implement process improvements and operational efficiency enhancements. **Requirements** * Technical or engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or related field). * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC. * Proven experience leading technical teams. * Knowledge of equipment: mini-split, packaged units, VRF, chillers (preferred). * Ability to read electrical and mechanical diagrams. * Availability for field work. **Key Competencies** * Operational leadership * Decision-making under pressure * Results-oriented mindset * Organization and control * Customer focus **We Offer** * Competitive salary (based on experience) Job Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000\.00 \- $19,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
