Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and organized Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, including customer service, cash handling, and inventory management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and assistance at the counter. 2. Cash handling and sales control. 3. Inventory control and product organization. **OPEN POSITION: Branch Manager – Ice Cream Shop** We are seeking a responsible and organized individual to manage daily counter operations. **What will you do?** **Customer Service and Assistance** * Serve customers at the counter, take orders, and deliver products. * Maintain a friendly attitude and resolve customers’ basic inquiries. **Cash Handling** * Process payments (cash/credit card), provide change, and track sales. * Perform cash reconciliation at closing and report any discrepancies. **Inventory Management** * Track product inventory (receipts/issuances). * Conduct periodic stock counts and report shortages. * Assist in organizing/product placement to maintain order and control. **Cleanliness and Operations** * Keep the work area clean and organized (counter and cash zone). * Ensure products are presented attractively and ready for sale. **Schedule:** 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Punctual, honest, and positive-minded. * Organized and careful when handling money. * Skilled in customer interaction and working under pressure. * Experience in cash handling or customer service (preferred but not required).
