We invite you to join our team for the position of: **ON-SITE TECHNICIAN** Requirements: Minimum completed high school diploma in computer science or computing 1 year of experience in maintenance of multifunctional devices Willingness to travel to southern Mexico City Knowledge of: Performing diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance of multifunctional devices at client sites. Installing, configuring, and commissioning new equipment while ensuring proper integration with existing systems. Responding to and resolving incidents reported by on-site users, providing timely and effective solutions. Identifying and requesting necessary spare parts for repairs, maintaining appropriate inventory control of tools and materials. Complying with safety protocols and company policies during all interventions. Reporting any anomalies or recurring issues that may affect equipment performance or customer satisfaction.
