Here’s what you need to know about this position: **Location** : Remote, Mexico **Engagement** **Type** : Full\-Time **The Work** (What you’ll be doing \& Your Impact) * Lead end\-to\-end user research using both qualitative and quantitative methods, translating insights into personas, user journeys, and actionable design decisions * Design and prototype experiences across web, mobile, and native applications using tools like Figma and other collaboration platforms * Apply human\-centered design and creative problem\-solving to craft intuitive, scalable solutions aligned with business goals * Partner with engineers in Agile environments to refine designs, address technical trade\-offs, and ensure a seamless product release * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to align on constraints, opportunities, and implementation strategies before development * Document design systems and maintain a single source of truth for design specs and real\-time collaboration * Communicate design rationale effectively through presentations and storytelling that connect user needs with business impact **Needed Expertise** (What you need to succeed in the role) * 4\+ years of experience designing digital products across multiple platforms, with a strong UX focus and understanding of UI collaboration * Proven portfolio showcasing the full design process, from research to iteration to final delivery * Deep understanding of UX design methodologies, AI\-driven design trends, and data\-informed decision\-making * Skilled in Agile principles, including sprints, stand\-ups, and iterative feedback loops * Strong communicator capable of translating complex UX concepts for both technical and non\-technical stakeholders * Analytical mindset, using data, metrics, and user feedback to continuously improve experiences * Experience working on large\-scale or technology\-driven products, ideally within advertising or major tech environments **Our Benefits \& Perks** * We pay in USD through our platform that allows you to convert, allocate and disburse your salary as you want and into almost any currency that you choose * Paid company holidays * Medical, safety, and wellness benefits * Technology benefits * Business English language classes * …and more perks being added each quarter Interested?
