Academic Leadership and Strategic Planning:** * Supervise and validate the section’s **institutional planning**, ensuring programs meet SEP standards and the school’s excellence benchmarks. * Coordinate the design of calendars, examinations, and special projects, guaranteeing organized and seamless execution. * Implement continuous improvement processes in teaching methodologies (toward more active and technology-integrated models). **2. Talent Management (Teacher Coaching):** * Lead, motivate, and evaluate teaching staff, fostering a proactive and collaborative work environment. * Identify training needs and support teachers in their professional development. **3. Stakeholder Engagement and Public Relations:** * Provide personalized and assertive attention to parents, managing conflicts diplomatically and offering constructive solutions. * Represent the institution at regional school board meetings (SEP) and community engagement events in the Zapopan area. **4.
