




Key Responsibilities * **Prospecting and Sales:** Identify and develop new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to deal closure. * **Customer Service and Follow-up:** Maintain smooth and professional communication with the existing customer base, ensuring excellent service and customer retention. * **Order and Invoicing Management:** Coordinate order entry, ensure timely follow-up, and manage the electronic invoicing process in collaboration with the administration team. * **Communication:** Apply strong verbal and written communication skills for effective presentations and incident resolution. Requirements and Competencies Professional Experience and Skills * **Experience:** Minimum of **2 years of proven sales experience**, preferably in consulting or related service sectors. * **Verbal Fluency:** Exceptional communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to engage customers across all organizational levels. * **Follow-up and Attention to Detail:** Detail-oriented and disciplined in tracking *leads*, quotations, and administrative procedures. Technical Knowledge * **English:** **Basic to Intermediate** level (ability to communicate, follow up on emails, and understand commercial terminology). * **Accounting and Finance:** **Basic** knowledge of accounting and finance sufficient to understand and explain billing terms, credit terms, account statements, and payment conditions to customers. * **Digital Tools:** Proficient use of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and invoicing systems.
