We are currently looking for a candidate to join our team in the position of: **SALES ADVISOR**. A high-performing collaborator who enjoys commercial challenges and is interested in joining our team and building a career within the company. **Primary Objective**: To serve as the primary point of contact between the company and customers visiting the branch. **Responsibilities:** \- Customer service in counter-sales mode. \- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions by demonstrating an understanding of their needs and comprehensive knowledge of our products. \- Build and maintain customer relationships through proactive sales follow-up, post-sale support, and timely resolution of any issues or concerns. \- Expand the customer base through accurate and proactive prospecting. \- Accurately carry out quotation and invoicing processes, as well as manage the internal sales system. \- Meet and exceed sales targets.
