At Zinergia, we are a group of companies composed of professional individuals aligned with our corporate mission and vision; their commitment is the driving force that propels our continued growth within the cargo transportation industry **RECRUITMENT ANALYST**, focused on administrative staff and maintenance workshop personnel, to support the following activities: * Posting job vacancies on authorized platforms * Sourcing candidates who meet the established profile * Conducting preliminary and in-person interviews with candidates * Interpreting psychometric test results * Requesting documentation and conducting employment background checks, as well as compiling candidate files REQUIREMENTS: * Experience in Recruitment 4.0 * Proficiency in computer use * Experience managing job applicant databases * Completed bachelor's degree * Willingness to relocate * Knowledge of advertising guidelines * Proactive attitude * Performance under pressure * Familiarity with KPI metrics Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday ON CALL from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM. We are located in San Nicolás de los Garza, just 5 minutes from the Metropolitan Hospital. Monthly salary: $14,000 to $18,000 NET, paid weekly every Friday via Banorte payroll. Weekly payment includes food vouchers worth $269. Statutory benefits including 100% IMSS coverage from day one, vacation bonus of 25%, 15-day Christmas bonus, and vacation days according to the Federal Labor Law (LFT).
