




Job Summary: We are seeking a Reception Assistant to provide friendly and professional service, managing the first point of contact and supporting basic administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Friendly and professional service to clients and visitors. 2. Basic administrative support and parcel management. 3. Maintenance of an orderly and presentable reception area. Provide friendly and professional service to clients, visitors, and colleagues as the company’s first point of contact, ensuring a positive experience and proper execution of basic administrative tasks. **Main Responsibilities:** * In-person and telephone reception for clients and visitors. * Routing calls and messages to respective departments. * Visitor control and registration. * Support in basic administrative activities (filing, data entry, document control). * Receiving and dispatching parcels and correspondence. * Maintaining an orderly and presentable reception area. * Vendor coordination. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Completed high school diploma. * Prior experience in customer service or reception (preferred). * Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office suite). * Excellent appearance, service-oriented attitude, and communication skills. * Organizational skills, punctuality, and courteous demeanor.
