We are seeking a **Quality Management Coordinator** This role is responsible for ensuring that all production, storage, and distribution processes for automotive urea comply with international standards (**ISO 22241**) and national regulations. The objective is to guarantee maximum product purity and lead continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS). Key Responsibilities **Regulatory Compliance and Certifications** * Maintain and oversee compliance with the **ISO 22241** standard (quality specifications, test methods, handling, and logistics). * Lead implementation, maintenance, and auditing of the **ISO 9001:2015** standard. * Manage procedures with regulatory bodies and certification agencies. **Supplier and Logistics Management** * Audit and evaluate critical suppliers to ensure raw materials contain no contaminants (trace metals, aldehydes). * Supervise cleaning and preparation of storage tanks and transport tankers to prevent cross-contamination. **Continuous Improvement and Audits** * Coordinate internal audits and respond to external audits conducted by customers or certification bodies. * Manage the **Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)** system. * Train operational staff on good manufacturing practices and handling of automotive fluids. **Technical Skills** * In-depth knowledge of the **ISO 9001** standard. * Interpretation of chemical analysis certificates. * Proficiency in statistical tools for process control. **Requirements** **Essential:** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in **Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, Food Science**, or related field. * Preferred specialization or diploma in Quality Management Systems. * **Experience:** Minimum 2–5 years of verifiable experience. * **Knowledge:** Extensive knowledge of methodologies for identifying root causes of problems and implementing corrective or preventive actions. **Desirable:** * Direct experience working under the **ISO 22241** standard (highly desirable). **Competencies** * High level of responsibility and sense of urgency. * Proactivity. * Results-oriented. **What We Offer** * Competitive base salary. * Statutory benefits (IMSS, year-end bonus, vacation time). * Grocery vouchers. * Initial and ongoing training. * Work tools. * PTU payment above statutory requirements. * Office hours Monday through Friday. * Life insurance.
