Development and documentation of standard operational, strategic, and support processes related to quality control and assurance. Management of audits. Customers (Customer System). Problem resolution. Lead evaluation of corrective actions. Control of non-conforming products, quality defects, and customer complaints. Implementation of corrective actions. Analysis of quality indicators and metrics, identifying trends and improvement opportunities. Quality policy and objectives. Collaboration with operational processes to ensure quality and implementation/execution of a QMS. Monitoring of continuous improvement initiatives through the QMS for manufacturing efficiencies, productivity, and quality. Implementation and communication of best practices. Innovation in solutions to optimize quality processes. Provide quality control training package. Schedule: Monday and Tuesday: 7:00 am to 5:15 pm. Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. We offer: Salary between $40,000 to $45,000 monthly gross.
