**Job Objective** Supervise, coordinate, and ensure compliance with the quality management system and customer standards, guaranteeing conforming products, defect reduction, and continuous improvement in production processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate activities of the **Quality Department** (inspectors, auditors, staff). * Ensure compliance with internal and customer **quality standards**. * Track **non-conformities, corrective and preventive actions**. * Coordinate and conduct **internal, external, and customer audits**. * Monitor quality metrics (**PPM, scrap, rework, customer complaints**). * Address and follow up on **customer complaints** (8D, quality reports). * Ensure proper implementation of **control plans, FMEAs, and standard processes**. * Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance for process improvement. * Ensure compliance with **IATF 16949** and other applicable requirements. * Train and develop Quality Department personnel. * Promote a culture of **quality, discipline, and continuous improvement**. **Requirements** * Education: Industrial, Mechanical, or Quality Engineering or related field (degree required). * Minimum **3–5 years** of experience in Quality. * Prior experience as a **Quality Supervisor or Coordinator**. * Automotive industry experience preferred. * Willingness to work rotating shifts. * Basic to intermediate English (preferred). **Technical Knowledge** * Quality management systems: **IATF 16949**. * Core Tools: **APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA**. * Root cause analysis (5 Whys, Ishikawa). * OEM customer support. * Interpretation of drawings and specifications. * Process and product audits. **Skills and Competencies** * Operational leadership. * Analysis and decision-making. * Effective communication. * Stress management. * Attention to detail. * Interdepartmental teamwork. * Results-oriented mindset.
