Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Engineer for the automotive sector, responsible for implementing and maintaining quality systems, auditing processes and products, and collaborating on continuous improvement. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure implementation and maintenance of quality system manuals, procedures, work instructions, and other required documents per IATF 16949 standard within their area. * Monitor process development and performance. (Process Audits) * Supervise Incoming Inspection procedure. * Ensure compliance with 5S through floor audits (Production, Tool Room, Maintenance, and Warehouses) and within their area. * Responsible for continuously monitoring that inspection status is clearly identified in warehouses, finished goods, and raw materials to maintain correct inspection status. * Participate with the multidisciplinary team in brainstorming sessions for problem-solving as required. * Responsible for conducting Finished Product Audits. * Responsible for issuing the Quality Certificate. * Responsible for approving process start-ups and maintaining corresponding records per procedure. * Participate in resolving customer-related issues. * Maintain product traceability. * Responsible for dimensional release of new products. * Collaborate in developing training courses. * Perform activities required to maintain ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certification. SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: * Certified Quality Auditor (ISO 9001) * Knowledge of IATF 16949 and Core Tools * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools * Knowledge of manufacturing processes including stamping, plastic injection, and machining * Proficiency in measurement equipment, calibration knowledge, and inspection, measurement, and testing equipment * Production systems and line balancing Standardized Work (Time and Motion Studies) * Problem-solving methodologies (8D) * Proficiency in PPAP, GR&R, and SPC * Development of FMEAs and Control Plans * Knowledge of CNC and stamping processes * Proficiency in GD&T and engineering drawing interpretation * Intermediate level of written and spoken English * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows ATTITUDES: * Punctuality * Commitment to work * Application of continuous improvement REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 2 years of experience. * Proficiency in measurement equipment * Proactive, responsible, analytical ability, strong communication skills WE OFFER: * Statutory benefits * Weekly salary payment * Safety equipment * Direct employment with the company.
