Position Summary: Develop strategies and manage complex projects, leading teams to ensure efficient execution and achievement of short- and long-term objectives. Key Highlights: 1. Serve as the central point of communication with key stakeholders Position Objective Develop strategies for assigned projects and execute them efficiently to guarantee short- and long-term objectives while complying with company standards. Main Responsibilities Determine the project approach and roadmap to align execution with long-term business objectives; manage and motivate the team to ensure efficient task execution and optimal resource utilization; monitor the three core pillars of the project to ensure achievement of short-term objectives within defined constraints; serve as the central point of communication and manage expectations of key stakeholders. Candidate Profile Project management certification highly desirable (PMP, PRINCE2, or other agile/hybrid methodologies); minimum of 2 years’ proven experience leading complex projects from conception to closure; demonstrated experience in efficiently executing projects that achieved both short- and long-term objectives.
