Communication of clinical and administrative requirements **Job Objective:** Coordinate and manage scheduling for surgeries and procedures in Operating Rooms, Obstetrics and Gynecology Surgery, Endoscopy, and Hemodynamics, ensuring accurate registration, operating room availability, and communication of clinical and administrative requirements. **Main Responsibilities:** * Schedule surgeries and procedures requested by physicians. * Verify operating room availability and register information in the hospital system. * Maintain an up-to-date surgical schedule. * Coordinate materials, equipment, and auxiliary services. * Provide support and follow-up to physicians and clinical staff. **Requirements:** * Education: **Technical degree or incomplete bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Administration, Health Services Administration, Hospital Management, Executive Secretarial Studies, or related field** (mandatory). * Minimum 1 year of experience in hospital scheduling, surgical departments, or administrative positions in healthcare (preferred). * Proficiency in hospital information systems and Microsoft Office suite. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal communication.
