Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position. * Experience in harnesses and cables area. * Knowledge of IPC 610 and 620, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing. * Proficiency in using measurement equipment. * Expertise in continuous improvement. * Willingness to travel. * Valid visa. * Advanced English. * Must reside in Tecate. * Submit CV in English.
