*This job posting is from the Talenteca.com job board* ### **Job opening at NAPS México in Tijuana, Baja California** **Process Engineer Soft Seating Manufacturing** A leading U.S. designer and manufacturer of consumer products, primarily specializing in furniture, operating a growing family of brands that sell through various channels, including e-commerce. **About the role** We are seeking a highly capable Process Engineer to support and advance our high-volume, customizable residential and commercial furniture manufacturing operation. This role is instrumental in expanding our product offering while ensuring new and existing products can be produced safely, efficiently, and with world-class quality. **Main activities** ------------------- * Manufacturing Process Development. * Product Introduction & DFM Support. * Rapid Prototyping & Tooling. * Quality & Process Control. **Qualifications required:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience. * 3+ years of process engineering experience in furniture, upholstery, seating, or soft-goods manufacturing. * Strong understanding of wood frame construction, adhesives/gluing methods, and upholstery processes. * Hands-on experience with fixture design, rapid prototyping, and production line setup. **Preferred:** * Experience in high-mix/high-volume environments. * CAD experience (SolidWorks, Inventor, etc.). * Familiarity with PFMEA, control plans, and process capability metrics. **To work in the El Florido area, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.** **Desired education level:** Bachelor’s degree or higher **Desired experience level:** Expert level **Departmental function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Manufacturing, Consumer Goods *This job posting is from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j_id=694066592e000032009f10c4&source=indeed*
