Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields 2 to 4 years of experience in payroll processes Knowledge of: Payroll calculation and stamping Responsibilities: Preparation, execution, and stamping of payrolls (WEEKLY, BI-WEEKLY, OR MONTHLY) Calculation of ISN, IMSS contributions, Infonavit, and Fonacot. Employee onboarding, termination, modifications, and calculation of employer-employee IMSS contributions. Handling procedures and formalities before government agencies (IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot, among others).
