Learn more at www.averydennison.com . **Job Description** **Objective:** Lead the development and delivery of packaging solutions, managing budget, timelines, and quality, while collaborating with teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation. **Responsibilities:** * Comply with internal work regulations and company\-established safety requirements. * Adhere to and promote the company\'s ethics and values policy. * Apply and promote the 5S methodology in your work area. * If assigned to any company brigade and/or committee, fulfill the corresponding activities. * Plan and manage packaging projects from design and quotation through implementation and optimization, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to define packaging objectives and requirements during new projects. * Monitor project progress and generate periodic reports for the project team and management. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and technical standards throughout project development. * Facilitate communication among stakeholders and manage expectations. Implement continuous improvements in packaging material development processes. * Obtain customer approvals for packaging designs.
