We are seeking a Yard Coordinator / Operations Manager with a strong character and excellent organizational skills to manage the flow of units, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and optimize loading and unloading times at our facilities. Key Responsibilities: Control access, flow, and exit of heavy-duty units. Assign parking positions and ramps. Conduct daily physical inventories of trailers and containers (full/empty). Supervise operators’ adherence to safety and hygiene standards. Report incidents, damage to units, or breaches of security seals. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles (logistics, transportation, or warehouse). Basic proficiency in Excel and/or management systems.
