Required Experience: Operations Leader in warehouses or distribution centers. * Inventory management and merchandise control. * Management of operational teams in small or medium-sized warehouses. Required Knowledge: * Physical and cycle inventory control and handling. * Use of warehouse management systems (WMS, ERP). * Best practices in storage and distribution. * Operation of HP and HS forklifts / merchandise placement on racks. Required Performance Level: * Ability to coordinate work teams and resolve operational issues. * Ability to manage time and tasks. * Accuracy in product and documentation handling. * Ability to respond to warehouse emergencies. * Coordination with other departments and clarity in instructions. * Results orientation. * Decision-making ability.
