The selected candidate will assist in the proper management of shipment documentation, updating information in systems, administrative follow-up, cost estimation, and support in billing processes, contributing to the smooth daily operations. ### **Tasks** * + Generation of shipments on GAIM and ZAT platforms. + Uploading and managing documents related to shipments. + Searching for and validating air and ocean shipment references. + Transmitting air and ocean shipment information. + Uploading transmissions to the Cargo Wise platform. + Updating the Talma invoice report (consolidation and deconsolidation). + Estimating costs on the Cargo Wise platform. + Uploading and approving invoices in the Centro CFDI system. + Requesting pending invoices from suppliers. + Downloading and sending Spot and Jasper platform reports. + Uploading and approving electronic invoices in the corresponding system. + Performing transmissions for air and ocean shipments on the platform * Validation of cargo loading. * + Managing container insurance for containers arriving at the port with destinations via SIW. * + Updating estimated arrival times (ATA) and estimated departure times (ATD) in the Cargo Wise system.
