The candidate will be responsible for addressing technical incidents, providing user assistance, and ensuring the proper operation of systems and equipment—including closed-circuit systems, structured cabling, etc.—both remotely and on-site in Morelos, CDMX, and other parts of the Mexican Republic. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: \- Must have immediate availability to travel within the Mexican Republic. \- Must hold a valid driver's license with at least two years of driving experience on highways and metropolitan cities, and comply with standard driving regulations. \- Must provide a certificate of no criminal record. \- Bachelor's degree or engineering degree in Computer Science or related field is mandatory; professional license (cedula profesional) required. \- Minimum two years of verifiable experience. \- Immediate availability to start.
