**INTERNAL PAYROLL SPECIALIST**
Position Purpose:
To manage and execute payroll processes, attendance-related incidents, and administrative personnel control from corporate offices, ensuring accurate information, timely recordkeeping, and compliance with labor and social security regulations, in coordination with internal Human Resources and Administration departments.
Job Offer:
* **Monthly salary:** $20,000 net

Requirements:
**Experience:**
* 2–3 years as a Payroll Specialist
* Experience managing payroll for operational and/or administrative staff
* Preferable experience in construction companies or organizations with operational workforces
**Essential technical knowledge:**
* Data entry, validation, and control of attendance incidents and pre-payroll records
* Employee registration, termination, and modification procedures with IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute)
* Attendance tracking, overtime, tardiness, and absenteeism management
* Proficiency in Excel and payroll systems
* Administration and safekeeping of employee files
* Basic knowledge of current labor and social security regulations
* Confidential handling of information and personal data
Key Responsibilities:
* Enter, validate, and consolidate personnel attendance incidents for pre-payroll processing
* Verify attendance records, absences, tardiness, and overtime reported by operational departments
* Submit validated payroll information on time and as required for processing
* Process employee registrations, terminations, and modifications with IMSS
* Prepare, compile, and maintain up-to-date employee files
* Verify employment contracts, renewals, and mandatory documentation
* Administer follow-up on medical leaves, permits, and medical certificates
* Address employee inquiries regarding payments, attendance incidents, and payroll transactions
* Prepare weekly and monthly payroll, turnover, and absenteeism reports
* Coordinate with Human Resources to clarify or correct attendance incidents
* Safeguard and organize physical and digital employee documentation
* Support internal audits and administrative payroll reviews
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations
* Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of employee information
