Currently seeking: **JUNIOR NOC ENGINEER** Do you have network monitoring experience and want to work with top market brands? **Responsibilities:** * Proactive alarm monitoring in OSS/NMS systems. * Initial validation of faults reported by monitoring tools. * Creation and documentation of tickets in IT service management (ITSM) systems. * Execution of basic procedures: reboots, link verification, ping/traceroute tests, equipment health status checks, etc. * Timely escalation to Level 2 or specialized teams. * Communication with internal customers to report incident status. * SLA compliance for response and escalation times. * Attention to detail. * Clear and effective communication. **We Offer:** * Net salary * Statutory benefits * Working hours: **9:00 to 19:00 hrs**. * Working days: **Monday to Friday, rotating on-call duty.** * On-site: **TOTAL P / ELEKTRA offices.** Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $15,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
