




Important Bakery is looking for: **Baker** **Requirements:** Education: High School Diploma, Technical Certificate, or Bachelor’s Degree in Gastronomy Minimum 2 years of experience **Responsibilities:** Ensure production meets the weekly volume targets established by planning and daily variations. Guarantee the quality of the production process for each product. Apply good manufacturing practices and comply with the quality standards established for each product. Ensure correct use and proper functioning of bakery equipment (laminator, worktables, refrigeration chambers). Maintain communication with the team, either in person or via WhatsApp groups. Ensure proper handling of pastry products. **We offer:** Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. OR 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with one weekday day off. Salary: $11,000 gross (statutory benefits) Location: Mixcoac. Position type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
