Inventory analysis and sales strategies **Requirements:** * Minimum of **2 years of retail purchasing experience**. * Advanced English (spoken and written). * Analytical ability and results orientation. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor assigned brands to ensure adherence to sales budgets, establishing business agreements to secure exclusive products or pre-launches beneficial to the business * Conduct commercial negotiations with brands regarding margins, competitive pricing aligned with market conditions, and special negotiations to maintain productive product catalogs * Review and analyze global inventory by brand in coordination with Supply Chain, ensuring achievement of sales targets and inventory KPIs * Evaluate promising market products and brands for potential inclusion at Sephora * Propose discounts or campaigns for high- or low-performing items and initiate actions to support national campaigns * Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, E-commerce, Finance, Retail) to ensure execution of category commercial strategies
