**About the position:** At **DMIC Beyond Mechatronics**, an industry leader in industrial automation solutions, we are seeking a creative and proactive **Mechanical Design Engineer**. You will be responsible for **transforming ideas into real-world projects**, ensuring they meet client standards and delivering innovative solutions. **Your responsibilities:** * Design and develop industrial automation projects. * Develop projects in collaboration with involved departments and clients. * Identify process-related needs and opportunities for improvement. * Prepare conceptual proposals and present them to clients. * Create manufacturing and assembly drawings (GD&T and exploded views). * Coordinate with suppliers and generate component lists. * Perform assemblies and functionality testing. * Monitor mechanical adjustments and inspect parts using measuring instruments. * Maintain all project documentation organized in digital format. * Participate in design reviews and final deliveries with clients. **What we’re looking for:** * Degree in **Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field**. * Experience in **mechanical design, automation, and metal manufacturing**. * Knowledge of **electrical sensors, pneumatics, and automated systems**. * Proficiency in **SolidWorks (90%)**, with SWA and SWP certifications. * Leadership skills, proactivity, problem-solving ability, and teamwork. * Attention to detail, creativity, and decision-making capability. * Willingness to **travel occasionally**. * Driver’s license (automatic and standard) preferred. **What we offer:** * Involvement in **innovative and challenging projects**. * Professional growth and development within the company. * A **collaborative and dynamic work environment**. * Statutory benefits.
