Job Objective Ensure master data is managed and governed responsibly, maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and reliability. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), driving data quality, adoption of best practices, and a data-driven culture that enables decision-making and the use of advanced analytics and AI. Requirements: * Completed bachelor’s degree (fields related to Finance, D&T, Data or Systems). * Minimum 2 years of experience in data-related roles (Data Specialist, Data Engineer, MDM). * Knowledge of master data management and data quality. * Advanced English. * Planning, analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills. * Excellent communication, teamwork, and results-oriented mindset. * Proficiency in MS Office. * Proactive attitude and ability to manage stakeholders. ### **Responsibilities** * Oversee proper master data management and quality, ensuring compliance with global and local standards. * Coordinate with OpCos and key stakeholders to ensure correct adoption of MDM guidelines. * Monitor SLAs, incidents, and deviations, ensuring timely and effective resolution. * Drive Data Governance, Data Quality, and Data Literacy initiatives. * Serve as SME, resolving business queries and supporting decision-making. * Lead the MDM Analysts team, promoting continuous improvement and operational efficiency. * Enable adoption of advanced analytics and artificial intelligence across the region.
