Our expertise spans standardized operations and multimodal freight forwarding solutions, as well as customized industrial projects. **We have an excellent opportunity for you as a Maritime Operations Intern, based in Guadalajara.** **What will be your primary objective in this role?** Provide administrative support within maritime operations related to detention cut-off, calculation, and demurrage collection. **What will you do in this role?** * Receive EIRs * Create tasks in CW1 to request demurrage cut-off * CW1: Validate Accruals / Billing tab * Enter WIPS and Accruals into the Billing tab according to the correct rate * Receive payments * Send for verification to GSC * Issue demurrage invoices * Close tasks **What can you bring to this role?** * Intermediate–Advanced English * Excel proficiency * Knowledge of Incoterms * Microsoft Office proficiency * Currently enrolled in the 5th semester or later of an undergraduate program in Business Administration, International Relations, International Trade, or related fields **Why should you join our team?** You’ll have the opportunity to work for an international company in a multicultural environment.
