Additionally,* *in 2024 we were awarded the Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award, which recognizes the most engaged workplace cultures in the world.* Identify gaps enabling improvement of balancing efficiency across production cells Conduct business cases (BC) to justify project capital expenditures Establish work methods and their instructions Analyze and address root causes of BPS and DOE-related issues Create, administer, and update the EPM system for projects under your responsibility Measure direct labor efficiency performance by cell, by function, etc., and ensure necessary adjustments Develop and present headcount plan aligned with SIOP Define and present headcount based on bookings (WCP) Ensure process documentation complies with ISO 9000 & 14000 standards Establish work methods and their instructions Conduct internal audits Prepare SACs and track implementation Establish routine process control improvement activities Design and implement poka-yokes in collaboration with other functional areas Monitor and coordinate multidisciplinary teams Structure and coordinate MDI efficiency & volume initiatives Monitor and calibrate ESD devices in electronic cells Evaluate and execute proposed actions arising from communication events Drive continuous improvement of HC and efficiency in production processes Perform and present long-term capacity calculations to management Ensure compliance with EHS standards in production cells Ensure adherence to takt time in manufacturing processes according to required demand Approve and analyze engineering changes while safeguarding integrity of existing MFG processes Define takt times in manufacturing processes according to required demand Lead project implementation on time and within budget Ensure timely, cost-effective, and specification-compliant development of fixtures and manufacturing cells Determine, document, and optimize assembly times (routings) Participate in developing and executing departmental onboarding plans Ensure identification of non-value-added activities in assigned manufacturing processes Lead continuous improvement in manufacturing cell efficiency; propose innovative ideas or technologies to enhance processes Identify and develop future talent and interns Coordinate implementation of special projects Adhere to standard work practices Present analysis of raw material, overhead, or labor cost reductions; implement project on time and within budget Track pilot run development We Celebrate Who We Are!
