**Manufacturing Coordinator** **Job Purpose:** Ensure the planning, coordination, and supervision of daily production according to available raw materials and established targets; verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system; confirm production compliance in the Manufacturing Area; proper personnel management; effective communication among involved departments; anticipation of issues within the manufacturing area; and quality compliance. **Responsibilities:** 1\- Lead, coordinate, and supervise the scheduling and execution of operational and administrative activities within the Department. 2\- Lead, supervise, and evaluate the implementation of work systems, procedures, methods, and controls required for the production of blends and filters. 3\- Prompt resolution of problems. 4\- Propose policies, plans, and programs to senior management for implementation by the department under their direction. 5\- Coordinate and evaluate production program results, recommending necessary changes or adjustments to achieve predefined objectives. 6\- Assign, supervise, and monitor tasks performed by subordinate staff responsible for executing various production programs under their direction. **Requirements:** * Education: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or Business Management Engineering. * Minimum 1 year of experience. **Work Environment:** * Exposure to high temperatures * Exposure to dust * Use of industrial respirators, safety goggles, and earplugs * Operation of industrial ovens * Use of tools **WE OFFER:** * Monthly net salary: $19,542\.85 to $23,885\.71 depending on experience * Weekly punctuality and attendance bonus: $210\.00 * Weekly food vouchers: $200\.00 * 100% matched savings fund * Full IMSS contribution based on 100% of salary * 30% vacation bonus * 15-day Christmas bonus * Statutory holidays — non-working days * Fixed Sunday rest day * Uniform and PPE **FIXED DAY SHIFT** Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; Saturday Half Shift: 8:00 am to 1:00 pm Position Type: Full-time Salary: $23,885\.71 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Discounts and preferential pricing * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
