




Job Summary: Maintenance planner with experience in management, scheduling, and preparation of operational reports. Key Highlights: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance planning or general services management, preferably in an industrial or heavy machinery environment. Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of maintenance management, inventory control, failure analysis, preventive and corrective maintenance, and resource management. Software Skills: Proficiency in SAP (for notification management, ticket closure, and material requisitions), CMMS, advanced Excel, and ERP systems. WE OFFER. General Services Notifications Handling: Monitor and respond to corrective maintenance notifications, as well as variable service requests arising within the company. Register and analyze tickets generated by equipment or system incidents/failures. Prioritize and allocate resources (technicians, spare parts, equipment) for efficient ticket resolution. Service and Maintenance Scheduling: Develop and adjust the annual maintenance plan, ensuring all equipment and systems receive appropriate preventive maintenance. Coordinate scheduled preventive maintenance activities, balancing equipment availability with the need to perform preventive tasks. Adjust maintenance schedules based on unforeseen failure events or changes in resource availability. Operational Reporting: Prepare and submit periodic operational reports on maintenance status, execution of the maintenance plan, and downtime. Report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service management efficiency and equipment availability. SCHEDULE.
