




**Job Objective** Ensure the safe and continuous operation of hospital infrastructure by supervising preventive, corrective, and operational maintenance of facilities, general equipment, and essential services, guaranteeing regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, civil works, and general hospital equipment. * Ensure operational availability of critical areas (Emergency Department, Inpatient Units, Operating Rooms, Pharmacy, etc.). * Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and materials. * Manage external suppliers and contractors. * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (COFEPRIS, Civil Protection, STPS). * Respond to operational emergencies and report incidents to Management. * Prepare monthly reports and maintain up-to-date maintenance logs. * Supervise department staff and promote a safe and orderly work environment. **Requirements** * Technical or engineering degree in Maintenance, Electromechanics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. * Minimum of **2–3 years’ experience in general maintenance** (hospital, clinic, or 24/7 operation experience preferred). * Knowledge of: * Electricity and low-voltage systems * Air conditioning and refrigeration * Plumbing and hydraulic installations * Basic civil works * Supplier management * Blueprint interpretation * Availability to respond to emergencies.
