At Stefanini, we are over 30,000 geniuses connected across 41 countries, doing what we love and co-creating a better future. **Responsibilities and Authorities** * Analyze, design, and develop **RPA bots using Automation Anywhere (A360 / V11)**. * Interpret and create **process flow diagrams (AS IS / TO BE)** to identify automation opportunities. * Prepare **technical and functional documentation** for developments, including user manuals and architecture diagrams. * Conduct **unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)** prior to production deployment. * Monitor, maintain, and provide **first- and second-level support** for running bots. * Address and resolve incidents reported by **end users**, ensuring operational continuity. * Collaborate with business analysts, project leaders, and RPA architects to ensure high-quality deliverables and compliance with technical guidelines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Proven experience** developing RPA solutions with **Automation Anywhere (A360 or earlier versions)**. * Solid knowledge of: * **Programming logic and control structures** * **Reading and creating flowcharts** * **Technical and functional documentation of processes** * **Bot testing and quality assurance** * Skills to provide **technical support to end users and bots**. * Proficiency in **Excel, databases (basic/intermediate SQL)**, and documentation tools. * Desired experience in **process analysis** or continuous improvement. **Additional Information** Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
