




We are looking for a consultant who is either a recent graduate or has prior experience in roles related to training, processes, or organizational consulting. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to transforming organizations through process improvement, structural design, and human talent development. Requirements: * Maximum age: 30 years. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related fields. * Desired (non-exclusive) experience: 6 months to 1 year in: * Training and personnel development. * Process design or improvement. * Organizational consulting. * Required skills: * Analytical thinking and problem-solving. * Effective and clear communication. * Ability to work in teams and adapt to new environments. * Proactivity and willingness to learn. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Main responsibilities: * Analyze, map, and document organizational processes. * Design and deliver training programs for teams and leaders. * Support consulting projects by implementing tools and strategies to improve productivity and performance. * Participate in preparing reports and presentations for clients. * Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure effective project implementation. We offer training in our methodology and extensive hands-on coaching.
