We are looking for a committed, proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills to join our IT team as a Technical Support Technician. **What do we expect from you?** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (intern or graduate). * Experience assembling and disassembling computer equipment. * Ability to resolve technical and logical problems. * Knowledge of hardware and software configuration. * Teamwork, autonomy, responsibility, and strong communication skills. * 100% on-site work mode. * Schedule: Monday to Friday **Your main responsibilities will include:** * User support and technical assistance (hardware and software) * Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment * Management of equipment and component inventory * Printer configuration and support * Biometric device management * Replacement of laptop or desktop components * Basic network and warehouse camera support * Support for internal applications (CRM/ERP) and databases Employment type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone * Food vouchers Work location: On-site employment
