Primary point of contact at client sites Position: Senior Project Manager (IT) Position Objective: Serve as a strategic leader and primary point of contact at client sites to ensure successful delivery of technology projects, guaranteeing financial profitability and adherence to SLAs/KPIs. Essential Requirements: * Experience: Minimum 3 years as an IT Project Manager, managing Contact Center, Cybersecurity, or Digital Transformation solutions. * Industry: Background in Banking, Fintech, or Technology Services companies. * Certification: PMP certification mandatory. * English: Advanced level (interview will be conducted in English). * Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and Waterfall/Agile methodologies. Offer: * Location: Col. Nápoles, CDMX or Col. * Work Mode: Hybrid, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:30 pm. * Salary: $30,000 \- 45,000 gross monthly (100% on payroll). * Statutory benefits.
