You will be the face of innovation and efficiency for our clients. Your goal is to ensure their technology infrastructure (hardware and software) operates seamlessly, delivering rapid solutions both on-site and remotely. Your key responsibilities: * Comprehensive Support: Address hardware and software technical reports, ensuring an exceptional user experience. * Physical Infrastructure: Diagnose, perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and printers. * Web Management: Perform basic administration of web applications and control panels (cPanel). * Implementation: Collaborate in deploying new technological tools at client facilities. * Training: Guide end users to maximize their technology usage. **What are we looking for in you?** * Education: Recent graduate or technical degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 1 year (including professional internships or social service) in technical support. * Technical Skills: * Physical maintenance of laptops, desktops, and printers. * Basic knowledge of networking and domain/cPanel administration. * Configuration of Office 365 suite and operating systems. * Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and a problem-solving mindset.
