Technology inventory maintenance A leading company in the sale of tractor-trailers in the Bajío region, experiencing growth, is seeking an **IT Assistant**. Education: Bachelor’s degree or current student in Computer Systems, Information Technology, Networking, or related field. Experience: 2 years of experience in technical support or help desk. Installation and configuration of hardware and software. Basic networking (Wi-Fi, switches, routers). Windows operating systems and Office 365. Basic knowledge of administrative systems (e.g., CONTPAQi, Nomipaq). Responsibilities: * Address user incidents at corporate offices and branches (on-site or remotely). * Resolve common hardware and software issues (printers, CFDI stamping, email, network connectivity, sales devices). * Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and point-of-sale equipment in spare parts departments and workshops. * Maintain updated physical inventory of computers, printers, software licenses, cameras, monitors, mobile devices, and accessories. * Provide operational support during implementation of new systems, document digitization, or cloud migrations.
