Our main pillar is based on the philosophy “People First,” delivering holistic and unique experiences that integrate each team member’s personal life stage and professional career phase. *Join our Team!* **Experience in:** * Inventory management * Shipments * Receipt of finished goods and raw materials * Indicator management **Technical knowledge:** * SAP system proficiency * Excel proficiency * Cycle counts * Inventory management **Responsibilities:** * Ensure review of incoming and outgoing movements of finished goods and raw materials at the Lagos de Moreno plant warehouse by performing daily validations of receipt, invoicing, and transfer entries in SAP versus physical documentation, to guarantee timely and accurate execution. * Execute and ensure weekly, monthly, and annual inventory counts to validate physical versus theoretical inventory levels using the established inventory counting program and procedures, thereby determining inventory reliability and identifying and preventing potential discrepancies. * Correct and track credit memos, while ensuring proper generation of rejection orders and material unloading entries in the system to guarantee accurate inventory recording; achieved through daily reviews of received returns and historical return tracking. * Verify correct application of write-offs for miscellaneous movements and casualty events covering non-conforming products, shrinkage, expired products, or any other items eligible for tax write-off, by reconciling supporting documentation against SAP to ensure timely and accurate tax write-offs on the established date. * Conduct random audits of processes including finished goods receipt, storage strategies, invoicing, transfers, stock movements, raw material receipt, picking slip application, and returns—by cross-referencing supporting documentation against SAP—to ensure accurate, timely recording of all movements and prevent inventory discrepancies and variances. * Perform reconciliations and ensure supply of CHEP pallets by placing orders and monitoring collection and delivery of units, as well as monitoring inventory levels to maintain optimal safety stock—avoiding overstock—thus guaranteeing cost-effective supply of this input to production. **Competencies:** * **Decision Making, Systems Thinking, Organization and Execution** **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related degree **Our value proposition:** *Competitive salary plus benefits exceeding statutory requirements.* *Growth opportunities.*
