




Position Summary: An Instructional Design professional who will provide pedagogical and technological support to teachers, ensuring educational quality and proper implementation of content on the LMS platform. Advisory services on digital tools and generative AI We seek an Instructional Design professional to provide pedagogical and technological support to undergraduate and doctoral program faculty, ensuring educational quality and correct implementation of content on our LMS platform, aligned with institutional standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Maintain ongoing communication with faculty to identify educational objectives and course-specific needs. * Guide and provide feedback to faculty on structuring and organizing educational content within the LMS platform, according to quality standards and the institution’s pedagogical approach. * Advise on integrating digital tools, applications, and multimedia resources to enhance the learning experience. * Conduct continuous monitoring of instructional design progress for undergraduate and doctoral courses on the educational platform. * Prepare reports related to course instructional design and associated activities. * Design multimedia materials and resources for teacher training. * Deliver training and professional development to faculty on instructional design, educational technology use, and best pedagogical practices. * Participate in meetings and projects aimed at continuous improvement of educational quality. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Pedagogy, Education, Audiovisual Communication, Graphic Design**, or related field. Degree certificate and professional license are mandatory. * **Minimum 2 years of experience** providing user support (in-person and remote) in technology-mediated instructional design. * Solid knowledge of: * Learning theories * LMS platforms * Graphic and multimedia design * Digital communication and collaboration * Applications of **generative artificial intelligence** resources in education **Desired Competencies:** * Communication and pedagogical advisory skills. * Ability to work collaboratively. * Organization, follow-up, and attention to detail. * Focus on educational innovation and continuous improvement.
