If you enjoy challenges and seek professional development, this is your place!** We are currently looking for: **Senior Infrastructure Engineer** **Job Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Computer Systems, Informatics, or related field (graduated or intern). **Specific Knowledge:** * **Operating Systems:** Advanced administration of Linux servers (Ubuntu), Windows Server, and macOS ecosystem. * **Virtualization and Cloud:** Solid experience with virtualization platforms (Proxmox / Ceph preferred). * **Identity and Email:** Administration of Microsoft 365, Exchange, Active Directory, and Entra ID. * **Networks and Telecommunications:** Knowledge of LAN, WAN, WLAN, VLANs, communication protocols, voice and data, as well as basic firewall administration. * **Monitoring and Continuity:** Proficiency with tools such as Zabbix, PRTG, or Site24x7, and corporate backup platforms. * **Databases and Automation:** Experience with MySQL / SQL and script development (PowerShell, Bash, or Python). * **Methodology:** Knowledge of ITIL v4 (incident, problem, and change management). **Key Responsibilities:** * Proactively manage and monitor the health of virtualization clusters and storage systems. * Execute disaster recovery tests (DRP). * Serve as escalation point for resolving complex incidents, ensuring SLA compliance. * Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and document knowledge base for Level 1 team. * Administer LAN/WAN network operations, firewalls, and telecommunications under security regulations. * Manage technical inventory and licensing via GLPI platform. * Monitor SSL certificate expirations, hardware warranties, and software licenses to prevent service interruptions. **Work Schedule and Location** * Monday to Friday * 08:00 to 18:00 hours * Tlalpan, CDMX (hospital zone) **We Offer** * Direct employment with the company * Statutory benefits from day one If you are interested in joining our team, please apply through this channel and attach your updated CV in PDF format. **Join Proquifa!** Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
