Minimum of **2 years’ experience in operational recruitment**. **Knowledge** Competency-based interviewing. Management of job boards (OCC, Indeed, LinkedIn, among others). Preparation of reports and tracking of **recruitment KPIs**. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with candidates and leaders. **Responsibilities** Scheduling and follow-up of interviews with department heads. Coordination to schedule interviews and request timely feedback. Candidate follow-up throughout the selection process. Onboarding coordination. Review of documentation for hiring.
