Prepare draft settlement agreements upon request, entering and processing data in the SAP system while applying the required percentages, and forwarding them to site managers to proceed with termination of employment. Compile onboarding files for newly hired personnel, gathering documentation and updating personal data generated from daily operations, ensuring accurate and timely employee information is available regionally whenever required by the company or labor and social security authorities. Record personnel onboarding, offboarding, and transfer activities occurring within the District, maintaining coordination and communication with regional offices and registering such actions in the SAP system to carry out termination procedures and submit corresponding notifications to IMSS. Manage hiring processes for new employees by overseeing and requesting necessary documentation for contract signing and personnel file preparation, enabling formal hiring and payroll registration. Support payroll and corporate HR departments in locating and centralizing documents requested by government agencies—including IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT—by searching for clarifying documentation to respond to and resolve official inquiries.
