They ensure HR policies are effectively implemented to support business objectives. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information with care. Job Functions or Activities * Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and conducting interviews. * Manage employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth introduction to company policies and culture. * Maintain and update employee records in accordance with legal requirements. * Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. * Handle employee inquiries and resolve work-related issues. * Support performance management processes, including performance evaluations and feedback sessions. * Organize and facilitate employee training and development programs. * Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. * Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * Proven experience in HR roles, preferably within a similar industry. * Solid knowledge of HR practices and labor laws. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
